Village Hall for Hire in Kintbury
Kintbury Coronation Hall was opened in February 1912 to commemorate the Coronation of King George V, and continues to be at the heart of Kintbury village activities over 100 years later.
The Hall has seen countless memorable events: historical events such as a recruitment meeting for the army in 1914 and the reception of evacuees in 1940; royal celebrations, family occasions, theatrical extravaganzas, May Day fetes and, of course, weekly interest groups and activities and our village lunches.
It is a Registered charity, run by the Kintbury Coronation Hall Management Committee who are all volunteers and are Trustees of the organisation.
Our spacious village hall is ideal for club meetings, classes, functions, events, exhibitions, children’s parties and more. It can accommodate up to 180 people and comprises a Main Hall, a Committee Room and Kitchen. There is also a carpark able to accommodate circa 40 cars, and a small paddock for outside activities.
We have some 12 organisations that are regular users of the Hall and they provide a wide range of activities for the local population
We welcome bookings from both the community and businesses.
