Facilities

Kintbury Coronation Hall

Our facilities are ideal for functions, events, training sessions, exhibitions, club meetings, exercise classes and more.  We welcome bookings both from the community and businesses.  

Main Hall

The large Main Hall, with polished wood floor, has a floor area of 7.4 metres x 13.9 metres. It will hold approximately 120 persons closely seated and approximately 80 to 90 at tables.

Five small square tables (61 cm x 61cm) and six medium
rectangular metal legged tables (122 cm x 60 cm) are kept for the use of the Main Hall.

Additionally,  tables and chairs in the Chair Store are available for use in the Main Hall.

  • Four medium (152 cm x 61 cm) and 12 large (182 cm x 76 cm) Gopak folding leg tables .
  • Approximately 120 folding chairs,  stored on three trolleys.

The Main Hall has a small stage, approx. 7.4 metres wide x 2.5 metres deep. It is equipped with 13 amp power supply. NB: No unsupervised children are permitted on the stage.

Committee Room

The Committee Room can be accessed either directly from an outside side door, or via the Main Hall. The floor area is 5 metres x 7.4 metres. It is carpeted, and has six wooden square tables and 24 upholstered chairs.

Kitchen

The Hall has a fully equipped kitchen.  The kitchen may be reserved for the preparation of hot food for an additional fee. If the kitchen has not been hired for hot food preparation it is available for the preparation of light refreshments by the users of both the Hall and the Committee Room.

The kitchen has two hatches for serving into the main Hall.

The kitchen contains the following :

  • Two sinks with draining boards
  • Two double oven / four ring hob cookers
  • One small microwave
  • One urn (thermostatically controlled and takes approx.  30 to 45 mins to boil)
  • One electric kettle
  • One fridge
  • One fridge-freezer

Approximately 60 places settings are available but this number is NOT guaranteed. Users should check before hand and if necessary bring their own cutlery and crockery

  • Cups and saucers
  • Side plates
  • Dinner Plates
  • Knives, forks, dessert spoons and tea spoons
  • Water jugs (10)
  • Small tumblers

There are NO cereal bowls or wine glasses.

Tea towels, food preparation equipment & utensils are NOT provided.

Carpark and Fenced Grass Area

There is a carpark to the rear of the building with capacity for circa 40 cars.

There is a fenced off grass amenity area approx. 28metres square, adjacent to the cark park.

The use of the carpark and /or grass area are at no additional charge to Hall users. 

Either may be hired without the use of  the Hall, subject to availability.
