Please include in your booking enough time to set up and clear up

If Yes, a licence may be needed. Please note, you may still need a Temporary Event Notification even if you are offering free drinks. Please contact the hall management for further information.

Please note this booking is not confirmed until acknowledged by the Bookings Secretary.
For approved bookings, access details will be shared upon payment of the invoice.
NB: Please note the Hall Management reserve the right to reject any booking.
