Hire Costs and Pricing Information
We aim to keep our hire charges fair and transparent, ensuring Kintbury Coronation Hall remains accessible to everyone in the community. Whether you’re booking the Main Hall for a celebration, the Committee Room for a small gathering, or both spaces for a larger event, you’ll find our rates clearly listed below. All prices include basic facilities, with optional extras available to suit your needs.
Charges with effect from 1 January 2026
Hourly Rate Daytime (before 7pm)
- Hall Only £20/hr
(with shared use of toilets and kitchen -no use of cookers)
- Committee Room Only £13/hr
(with shared use of toilets and kitchen -no use of cookers)
- Hall & Committee Room £28.95/hr
(full use of toilets and kitchen - including use of cookers)
- Jumble Sales £15.75/hr
- Commercial Sales £19.05/hr
Hourly rate evenings (after 7pm)*
- Hall Only £25.90/hr
(with shared use of toilets and kitchen -no use of cookers)
- Committee Room Only £19.05/hr

Discount for single bookings over 9 hours, children’s parties and regular users.
